Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

Shipping is FREE on orders of £19 or more. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are the total amount of the order.

We currently support delivery to the United States, United Kindom. We have our warehouse locally in the United Kingdom. It will be delivered in 3-7 business days for most UK, some distance areas might take a bit longer.

These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these timeframes. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

WHERE WE SHIP:
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. International shipping, and shipping to Military APO/FPO/DPO, are unavailable at this time. We hope to accommodate these options soon.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS:
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we accept return/exchange of products. 

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Conditions

  1. All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. 

  2. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items where the garment tag has been cut or removed, as well as panties and swimsuits where the protective adhesive strip had been removed. Thus Items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

  • 1. If the product is returned due to the consumer's personal reasons, the return freight shall be borne by the consumer. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.

  • 2. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, consumers can return and exchange the goods for free without having to bear the shipping cost of the return or exchange.

  • 3. If you choose the shipping method with the return insurance when you placed an order, you don't need to pay for the fee of the return again when you want to return items.

Important notice:

  1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.

  2. Please make sure you don't include items not from Elan by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you..

  3. Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size or different color, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item.

  4. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

How to make a return?

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at support@elanuk1.com to request the exchange/return.

Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within 3 business days or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your returns.

  • PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

  • Credit card refunds: Between 7-10 business days

  • For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

  • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@elanuk1.com.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
